Lately, I finally got back into the groove of things with my workout routine and I could not be more satisfied! I did start school a month ago, so the last couple months have been kind of crazy with all my college visits and school assignments. I try to go to the gym at least three times a week, but five is my goal. I always like to start off with 15-30 minutes of cardio, whether it's running on the treadmil, elliptical, or using the stair climber (this is a workout!!). After that, I go through a cycle between arms, abs, legs, and full body. This is easiest for me because I have a pretty hectic schedule between school and work, so I only have to spend an hour tops at the gym!

I recently ordered these Nike free runs online, and it didn't hurt that they were on sale! I love the hint of bright colors in my new sneaks and will definitely get a lot of use out of them.  Nothing like new workout clothes am I right?

  3. Love! Literally as soon as I tried these on I ordered another color. These stylish workout clothes have nice length and the waistband does not "cut" into your stomach and create rolls, which is the ultimate horror for workout gear.
